1. Late Pleistocene and Holocene evolution of Hron valley 
Place: Žiarska kotlina basin, Slovakia
Aim: Searching connection between fluvial terraces and the neotectonical processes.
Methods: Morphostructural analysis, morphometric analysis, longitudinal and transverse river valley profiles, analyses of basin and valley symmetries, and investigation of alluvial terraces were carried out to reveal the tectonic history of the investigated area.
